Duncan Plumbing was very fast to respond and arrived at my house within one hour. Eric Smith was not only polite and professional, but he was obviously an expert, skilled plumber. Before working, he explained the procedure of the plumbing job and offered me options to choose from. He did exactly what I had asked for (lines and fittings) and provided me with a much better quality layout and design than I had imagined. I was very impressed. Considering this was a major job and he was working alone, Eric worked very quickly and accurately. I am very satisfied with the completed project. My new plumbing should now last for many years to come. Thank you!

I contacted California Radiant (Duncan Plumbing) at the referral of a neighbor. Eric came to my home within 1 day of my contact, surveyed the work needed and provided me with a detailed written estimate within 2 days On the date of the extensive work, Eric and his colleague, Jose, The Magnificent, showed up on time and worked diligently, in a straight forward fashion. They were professional in every regard. They cleaned up so well at the end of the day, you could not even tell there had been major repairs done., They were polite, friendly and very efficient. Eric explained every- thing they had done and repeatedly asked if I had any questions. I received excellent professional service in a very timely fashion. I am anticipating additional plumbing work on a maintenance basis next spring and I will definitely contact California Radiant (Duncan Plumbing). I highly recommend Eric and Jose to anyone with plumbing needs.

Eric arrived on-time for our scheduled appointment. Our system is a complex 9-zone in-floor radiant and hot water design. Eric inspected the entire system, including all of the sub-manifolds and thermostats. Eric and his helper suggested a boiler cleaning, which immediately resulted in a cleaner and more efficient function. He also assisted in explaining and demonstrating the installation of a third "C" wire to each of the (Nest) thermostats. We collaboratively set-up one, and I was able to handle all of the remaining units. I was impressed that Eric took the time to explain where the connections were needed, without insisting doing the work himself, thereby saving me a few hours of extra labor. Highly recommended if you are in Santa Cruz county and have a radiant heating system.
