When we moved into our new home a few months ago, we had scheduled with Greg to fix some plumbing issues noted in the home inspection. Of the plumbers we had requested feedback from, Greg was the most responsive, direct and thorough. When Greg came out to do the work, we had two additional projects that we asked him to tack on to the scope of work and he was so accommodating to work with us. One of the items was adding filtration--Greg helped us navigate the various information we had gathered, offered some recommendations, but left it to us very respectfully to make our own decision. A week after the work was done, we noticed a leak under our kitchen sink and mistakenly thought that Greg had fixed this item. But I hadn't paid close enough attention to precisely what we had scheduled with Greg and missed this item from the home inspection. Greg was so friendly and accommodating about it. He didn't make me feel bad about the mix-up, which was totally my error. And he came right out the next day to inspect and fix the problem. I really appreciated this. We keep Greg's information in our file for any of our future plumbing issues or ideas. Thank you Greg!

Greg is an awesome guy. He was busy/ had other appointments, but recommended great plumbers and told me if I couldn't get it fixed, he would come out the next day.
