I highly recommend Rollins Fire Sprinklers, Inc. to anyone looking for a company who has a team of dependable, reliable, skilled, and committed individuals. Specifically, I contacted Rollins Fire Sprinklers and was immediately put at ease when I spoke with Sue Pawlak – a very lovely, kind, and understanding representative of Rollins Fire Sprinklers. After sharing my story in losing my house to the 2020 CZU Lighting Fire, Sue went far beyond what I expected in receiving the needed customer service I needed to have fire sprinklers installed in my new rebuild. This company designed the fire sprinkler plans and, thereafter, everything fell into place without issue. Moreover, Sue not only worked with the plumber and the fire district to ensure that everyone was on the same page concerning my fire sprinkler install, but, prior, to her proaction – she had created exceptional plans customized to my needs while keeping all parties on the same page! And, I would be remiss, without acknowledging “Steve”, Rollins’ representative – a very skilled craftsman – who did the actual install of the fire sprinklers. He was so knowledgeable, performed superb, quality work, and was extremely helpful in getting me prepared for the fire sprinklers sign-off! Rollins Fire Sprinklers is truly an experienced company that certainly delivers as promised! Thank you Rollins Fire Sprinklers…So grateful for your wonderful customer service!

I rarely leave reviews online unless a company really stands out. We had Rollins Fire Sprinklers install a system at our rental property in Santa Cruz. They were fantastic from beginning to end.

Very poor service and follow up. I've had several problems with the fire sprinkler system installed by Rollins in the house we built. The installation was fine but follow up service has been extremely disappointing. For the first problem which was minor they were going to fix it as a courtesy but the technician never showed up. Recently, we have had a more serious problem and it has been very frustrating trying to get their attention and help. I had to call 3 times to talk with Ron Rollins (he never returned my messages) and even while we were finally talking he was having a conversation with someone else and not giving me his full attention. His assistant who answers the phone couldn't keep straight the details I was telling her about the problem I need help with. Eventually, after I expressed my frustration, she hung up on me. It's as though they are happy to install but any follow up service is a nuisance to them. I'll be going elsewhere in the future.
