These terms govern your use of Center Bubble, a service of Songline, Inc. ("we," "us," "our").
The Service
Center Bubble builds and hosts AI-powered websites for service businesses. Your membership includes a custom website, an AI chat assistant, SMS-based site editing, and monthly visibility reports.
Pricing and Billing
Center Bubble costs $25 per month. Your first 30 days are free. We bill monthly. There are no contracts — you can cancel anytime.
Cancellation
If you cancel, we'll take your Center Bubble site offline. If you want, we'll help you point your domain back to your old site. No cancellation fees.
Your Content
You own your business information, reviews, photos, and all content on your site. We don't claim ownership of any of it. If you leave, your content goes with you.
AI Assistant
Your site includes an AI assistant that answers customer questions based on information you provide. While we work to ensure accuracy, the assistant may occasionally provide imperfect responses. You are responsible for reviewing and updating the information your assistant uses.
SMS Communications
By using Center Bubble, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your account, site updates, and customer inquiries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Acceptable Use
Don't use Center Bubble for illegal activity, spam, or to mislead customers. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Limitation of Liability
Center Bubble is provided "as is." We do our best to keep your site running and your phone ringing, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll notify you via SMS if we make significant changes.
